are we but code in the matrix
that wants to be known
are we the flowers in a garden
of Sacred Seeds sown

are we the music and song
the vibes of life’s lute
are we the Cosmic Logic
one can not refute

are we the color of creation
that struggles to be seen
are we destined or chosen
to see what “IS” means

are we mind that struggles
to unloose it’s chains
are we the life of the future
or the past that remains

are we the joy of the sunshine
that wrestles with the dark
are we the remnants of salvation
apart from the Ark

are we the answers
that we each do seek
are we the mighty lions
who pretend to be meek

are we the creators
of what we wish to be
are we the divine ions
through whose eyes we see

are we what we think
or are we the thought
are we the fulfillment
of what Ancient Soul sought

i tired of asking are we
so this is what i think
cogito ergo sum
is my divine link

of which all creation sings
